Who is a cultural leader

I enjoyed reading this over. Very few can say that a trip has had such an effect on them. To have had such an experience, you are truly fortunate. The issue of diversity and ownership is one we struggle with even in California where the majority of the population is of color.

Kudos to the organizers of Global Forum in Salzburg. What an opportunity for the young leaders and for us when they come back to their community to share their knowledge and epiphanies as Patricia has done here.

I look forward to hearing from more of those involved in the Forum and take comfort that Ms. Garza and those like her are willing to take to grab the baton from those of us in the boomer generation who have lead us thus far and taking us to the next step with grace and creativity.
