To cut and form the path to ones desired goal. The difference between dreamer and visionary is work! Action is the key. A dreamer can enjoy the success or goals they desire simply by thinking of them but without the plan, the acton and the drive and work to see that dream become reality, once the dream is over so are the chances of that becoming reality. A visionary will not only see the dream but figure out what steps are necessary to see that dream push to reality.

They will help implement their vision to see it through and watch as their vision and effort turns the dream into reality. I hear people say what they want and talk about what they are going to "make" happen or "wish" would happen but the real test I look for, to the chances of their dreams and wishes getting to reality, is their actions behind it.
